Donny is the Coach Development Officer of Sporting Loughborough F.C.

As Coach Development Officer the main purpose of this job is to maintain the standards of training for all coaches and managers within Sporting Loughborough F.C. Donny sets out a program of development for the coaches and managers and encourages them to deliver sessions to each other to compliment their qualifications and enhance any further learning they are involved in. These are classroom and practical based sessions and are part of an ongoing investment in people program endorsed by the club.

Donny is also the UEFA B licensed coach for Sporting Loughborough F.C.
